Olif's Story
Olif was born from the dream of two young people, Francesco and Fabrizio, who share a deep love for their land: Puglia . A unique region, where the sun embraces expanses of centuries-old olive trees, the wind carries the scent of the sea and the landscape tells stories of tradition and resilience.
Francesco is the son of an artist, raised in the countryside along the Ionian coast. Since he was a child he has experienced the magic of the olive groves, learning from his parents and grandparents that every tree is a gift, a symbol of life and hope. After spending a few years in Northern Italy, where he broadened his vision and refined his entrepreneurial spirit, he decided to return to his beloved Puglia. The desire was clear: to give something back to his land, investing in the most precious thing it has to offer.
Fabrizio, in love with his roots, chose to believe in the potential of the territory and began investing in projects that could enhance its resources from a very young age. For him, Puglia is not just a place: it is a promise. A promise of beauty, quality and culture that deserves to be preserved and protected.
Both share an ambitious vision: to demonstrate that the redemption of the territory passes through quality and excellence. They firmly believe that Apulian food and wine can be a symbol of rebirth, not only economic but also cultural.
But their dream is not limited to producing an excellent oil. Puglia today faces a serious emergency: Xylella , a bacterium that is destroying the centuries-old olive trees, forever changing the landscape and putting at risk a heritage of inestimable value. Faced with this threat, Francesco and Fabrizio have decided to act. Olif is not only synonymous with quality; it is also a promise of defense and regeneration. Part of Olif's profits will in fact be allocated to olive tree replanting projects, to protect what makes Puglia famous throughout the world.
Olif is born in the heart of the Gulf of Taranto , where the sea and the cool hinterland create a unique microclimate. Here, olive trees grow under a generous sun, caressed by the sea breeze, and give an extraordinary oil. The aromatic profile of Olif is a sensory experience. It is the ideal oil for seasoning refined dishes, but also for transforming everyday gestures into moments of pure pleasure.
